The latest A.T. Kearney survey of offshoring competitiveness is out, and India retains its number one spot. In spite of wage inflation and high attrition rates, India remains the most attractive location in the world for offshoring IT and BPO work. A.T. Kearney expects the cost advantages of off-shoring to exist for another 20 years.
